Privacy Policy

We only collect information that you choose to send us, such as email messages, call requests, and assessment responses.

We use that information to respond to inquiries, provide services, and improve the grow28ai experience.

We do not sell personal information. If we add analytics or cookie-based tooling later, we will update this page and the cookie settings page accordingly.

AI processing

When you use AI TaskMap, any transcript, note, or audio file you submit is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI / Codex) for processing so we can extract tasks, attendees, and summaries. Audio uploads are also sent to OpenAI’s Whisper API for transcription. Grow28ai does not retain these payloads beyond what is needed to produce and display your mindmap. Our providers may process content under their own data-handling terms, do not upload material you are not authorized to share.

When you use grow28lm, sources you add (URLs, files, text) are chunked and embedded into a vector store for retrieval, and queries are sent to our AI provider together with the retrieved context. You can delete a notebook at any time; deletion removes the associated chunks and embeddings.

We do not use submitted content to train models.
