Get your AI project funded
before the window reopens

Ottawa just committed another $500M to help organizations adopt AI, delivered in BC through PacifiCan. The intake is between rounds right now. We get you application-ready so you are first in line when it reopens, then build the system the funding pays for.

The money is real, and it is already being awarded

Canada’s AI for All strategy put $2.3B behind closing the country’s AI adoption gap, including $500M to expand the Regional Artificial Intelligence Initiative. This is not a promise on paper. In May 2026, a single Canadian company was awarded $1,416,100 under the same initiative. The funding runs through the regional development agencies, which means PacifiCan here in BC.

Two ways the funding lands

Non-profits

Up to 90% of eligible project costs, non-repayable

If you run multi-funder reporting, client intake, case documentation, or compliance paperwork at scale, this is the work AI takes off your team. Settlement agencies, community services, housing, and disability providers are a strong fit.

Businesses

Up to 50% of eligible project costs, interest-free

Construction, manufacturing, and logistics are named priority sectors. If estimating, dispatch, document handling, or compliance is still running on email and spreadsheets, the funding helps cover fixing it.

The window is between rounds. That is the advantage.

The current BC intake is closed between funding rounds, and the expanded tranche is not open yet. That is exactly why now matters. An application takes real work to build: the project, the budget, the economic case, two years of financials. The organizations that have theirs ready go to the front of the line the day it reopens. Everyone else starts from a blank form.

We get you ready, then we build it

You are the applicant. We do the heavy lifting on the application and the build. The grant covers the work.

01

AI Readiness Diagnosis

We map your real workflows and pick the three to five that AI takes off your team first, ranked by the load they remove and how quickly they can go live.

02

Grant Application Scaffold

We build your PacifiCan submission around the project: the problem, the plan, the budget, and the economic case the program wants to see. You apply with a complete package, not a blank form.

03

The Build

Once funded, we implement inside the Microsoft tools you already run, then train your team to own it. Strategy and adoption stay in scope, which is why the work sticks instead of being shelved.

Common questions

Is the funding open to apply for right now?

The BC intake is between rounds at the moment, and the expanded $500M tranche is not open yet. That is exactly why now matters. Applications take time to build, so the organizations that have theirs ready go to the front of the line the day it reopens.

Who actually applies, us or you?

You are the applicant. We do the heavy lifting on the application and scaffold the whole submission around your project, but it is filed in your organization's name. That is how the program works, and it keeps the funding yours.

How much does it cover?

Non-profits can receive up to 90% of eligible project costs, non-repayable. Businesses can receive up to 50%, interest-free. The exact eligible scope is confirmed with PacifiCan as part of the application we build.

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

No. We layer AI on top of what you already run, usually Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and your existing case or finance system. We build integrations, not replacements, so there is no rip-and-replace project.

What do we need to provide internally?

An executive sponsor who owns the mandate, one operational lead to work with us, and the financials the application needs. We handle the rest of the application and the build.

How fast can we be application-ready?

A few weeks. The readiness work and the application scaffold run in parallel, so you finish with a fundable plan and a clear first build whether or not the intake has reopened yet.
