Question 1

How fast can we have an AI Manager live?

Accepted Answer

48 hours from signed agreement. We pick the highest-leverage AI Manager on the discovery call, then ship it in an isolated container trained on your data and connected to your tools.

Question 2

How much can we expect to recover?

Accepted Answer

The range across our BC clients is $30,000 to $90,000 per month in recovered costs in Year 1. The specific number depends on which AI Manager we deploy first, sized on the discovery call.

Question 3

How is this different from hiring an AI consultant?

Accepted Answer

Consultants build and walk. The build dies inside a quarter because nobody owned the strategy or trained the team to maintain it. We stay. Your AI Managers are persistent workers we keep improving, not one-off projects. The workforce is still working 9 months later, not sitting on a shelf.

Question 4

Where does the AI Manager actually live?

Accepted Answer

In an isolated container dedicated to your business. Sandboxed from your other systems and from other customers. We send daily Loom updates and post to your Slack the moment something ships. If anything breaks we can rebuild a fresh one in minutes from your saved configuration.

Question 5

Who builds and runs it?

Accepted Answer

grow28ai. We pick which AI Manager to deploy next, ship improvements weekly via a request board, and stay accountable to the dollar recovery number. Same function as a full-time AI leadership hire, without the six-figure salary.

Question 6

What happens every month?

Accepted Answer

Week 1: deploy the AI Manager, live in 48 hours. Weeks 2 to 3: ship improvements weekly via the request board. Month-end: deliver the dollar recovery report and queue the next AI Manager. Your AI workforce grows every 30 days.

Question 7

What do we need to provide internally?

Accepted Answer

Three roles: an Executive Sponsor (C-level or VP who owns the mandate), an Internal Operator (day-to-day coordinator who works with us), and 3 to 10 team members whose work each AI Manager will absorb. We do the rest.

Question 8

Which tier is right for us?

Accepted Answer

Start with how many AI Managers you want in your workforce. Tier 1 deploys one. Tier 2 deploys two with a new one every 2 weeks. Tier 3 runs 3 to 5 across departments. Tier 4 is company-wide. We help you choose on the call.

Question 9

What gets measured?

Accepted Answer

One thing: dollars recovered. We track cost reduction per AI Manager, total monthly recovery, and annualized impact. Activity logs are secondary, the number on the report is what matters.

Stop worrying about AI. We have it handled.

We take the whole thing off your plate.
